At GlocalMe, we stand by the quality of our connectivity solutions and offer a 30-day return policy for a full refund or exchange if you are not completely satisfied. All electronic devices must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories included to qualify for processing.

Return Process

    Contact our dedicated customer support team via email or through your account dashboard to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

    Prepare the Package

    Securely pack your GlocalMe device and all original components in the original box to prevent damage during transit, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible.

  • 3.
    Ship the Item

    Affix the provided shipping label or use a traceable carrier of your choice to send the package back to our authorized fulfillment center.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our technicians verify the device condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5 to 7 business days.
